his dork materials
I haven’t read that book. But it is time once again to share freaky things I have come across on the internet with my rapidly shrinking audience. Come and gather ‘round for magic time!
- The Sound of Drowning is a comic strip. It is not, I should warn you, a funny comic strip, in the sense that it tries to make you laugh out loud, the way I for example do, because I have been deprived of affection of all kinds. It is, however, weird and indeterminate, and if you like those things about Nobody Scores! you might like it in this one. It also has a fucking cool name.
- Do you want to see luminous comics and geek culture personages fight on the internet like paste-eating forum twits? Shit yes you do. Look no further. This is funny and magical and I love it so very much.
- Mandom! Stick through this one. It is beautiful.
- I will be using this flowchart as a writing guide.
- If you have not seen them yet, the arcade games of the Soviet Union. There is no retro like Soviet retro. Somebody get an emulator on this shit.
- Yeah I gotta bump an old video every time I do these things, since I grow decrepiter every week, and have to find solace in blurry-ass video scratch. It’s my theory that Youtube is the scratchy old phonograph of the new millenium. Nevertheless, Kid Frost.
- I am always on the lookout for honorary Jane Does. I decided not to steal this, so I may as well link to it.
Soliciting weird shit in the comments.
