the news is large and woolly

Big news has been brewing for a while. A long while!

Item one: I’ve been interviewed! There’s a good long story posted up at the Oregonian’s website where I got to talk at great length as if I were someone important. Supplemental reading is fun! You may recognize my interviewer, Mike Russell of CulturePulp, or if you don’t you should: amongst the movie reviews and such you have been missing out on some fine nonfiction comics, which category is pretty great just on general principle.

Item two: Store! After too long developing posters and screwing with storefront software I finally have something functional. Proudly presenting: The Hustle. Get your Nobody Scores! loot. Choose from ten posters, each reprinting the whole entire strip – There’s Gotta Be A Nail, Convergence, Feel-Good Romantic Comedy of the Year, What Happens Now, The Maagic Portal of Time, The Art Of Influence, Concrete Epiphany, Rafael Brings The Fun, Rorschach Must Die, and The Paste That Binds. I’ll be adding five more posters to the catalog as soon as I can, and then I’ll start looking at shirts. Currently it only uses Paypal and shipping is limited to the US – I’m looking into more options for both.

Item three: The Russians are clearly far far ahead of us in the crucial realm of formal speech disruption. We’d better watch out. This is serious.
